The rooms at this budget hotel were perfect as we had hoped. They were a good size, quiet, and had convenient amenities like USB ports, a writing table, and a chair. We had a fairly nice stay during our visit and enjoyed it a lot.

Really clean condition of room. When traveling, which is often, I’ve yet to find such nice room conditions for the price.

The bathroom door was broken and did not close. The biggest bummer, though, was the horrible hot tub, which was the primary reason we “treated” ourselves after hiking nearly 100 miles. It was luke warm, at best, and the jets were so intense (and not in a good way, but a worthless way) the water was going over our heads! We did have quite a laugh though.

Spacious and recently renovated building with big rooms featuring new king-size beds 🛏️. Lots of great amenities available on-site.

Clean, low budget hotel with marvellous location close to everything. Accommodating staff on reception and elsewhere. Location right by near by shops and Colorado and Denver. For tea or coffee visit Nick's Cafe nearby.

The rooms were very spacious and nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The price is great.

The automated wake-up call service did not work, and when I asked the next day why I did not get a wake-up call they told me I have to call to desk, the automated system doesn't work. Could have been a large problem if I overslept that first morning, luckily I did not. I also don't like the confusion in entering the factility, behind the restaurant. Maybe put a big sign where the turn is, with the name of the hotel.

The room here is really nice and spacious, with brand-new furnishings. I loved the queen-sized bed and the fresh towels provided 😊.

Booked a room with king bed. A shower and a hairdryer were available there.

This place is conveniently located, close to all the places we wanted to visit, surrounded by greenery which suited us perfectly.

Convenient breakfast daily; the large, spacious room: very unexpected. Just did not expect the room to be so large, convenient, and spacious. Really enjoyed the refrigerator and microwave also. Staff were warm and welcoming; made us feel at home. Very accommodating at all times. Thank you!

Breakfast ending at 9am. Would be nice if they extended the closing time of breakfast from 9am to 10:00 or 10:30 am daily.

Locatioin was great for seeing many sites within the Denver area.

Had to ask every day for extra shampoo, conditioner, towels, etc. even though we told them on the first day.

Great budget hotel located in a green area of Lakewood. the staff was incredibly helpful and provided us with some great recommendations. - the room was updated, neat, and had a comfortable king bed. - the breakfast offered a wide variety of food options, such as cereals, muffins, and delicious hot waffles. - This is definitely our go-to choice when staying in Lakewood.

The staff was wonderful. The room/hotel was clean and sophisticated and budget friendly.
